Michael Wetzer is an experienced board director, senior executive leader, investor, entrepreneur, pilot and innovator spanning Hi-tech, aerospace, construction, defense and life sciences sectors. He has held global leadership responsibilities at Rockwell/Boeing, EY, and Andersen Consulting/Accenture. Additionally, Mr. Wetzer founded, scaled and exited technology businesses. Mr. Wetzer has extensive global, Fortune 500 business experience and is fluent in German.

He is currently the founder and chairman of the Coastal Group with companies involved in early to mid-stage stage private investments, strategy consulting and aviation.

Throughout his career, Mr. Wetzer has been involved with projects applying Computer Aided Engineering and Design as well as Information Management to achieve transformative financial outcomes. An accomplished inventor, he holds 23 patents spanning predictive analytics, secure information systems, and enterprise management solutions.

Mr. Wetzer serves on boards in various roles, guest lectures at various institutions, and has been cited in publications. Outside of work, he remains involved in aviation and is honored to assist United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) senior personnel identify and transition into civilian careers.
